I woke up this morning to find these in my trash:

Yes, that is 3 Z-Bar wrappers.
What is wrong with me. I ate a half after my dessert which I did not even need. I decided to eat the other half about an hour later. I then reached in the box and ate another one. Why?
And then another! So gross! I think I need to stop buying them. They taste too much like cookies and brownies.
I also managed to chew an entire pack of Orbit in two hours. Not normal.
I completely forgot about my 1 snack rule. I forgot about the brush my teeth after dinner rule. And the no wine rule. And the fact that I have to squeeze into a dress tomorrow.
My workout was a waste. That was 400 consumed calories within 5 minutes. That would have been okay if I did not eat that dinner and all the yogurt and chocolate right before. I tried to put on jeans this morning and I had to take them right off because I was suffocating. Back to my comfy stretch pants which I wore every day this week. I seriously need to be in control tonight and follow my rules.
I had my alarm set for 6 am to go to the gym to make up for it but I ended up talking to my friend from college on the phone from 11 pm to 1 am. Waking up at 6 am was just not happening. I won’t make it after work because I am heading back to Verizon and getting jewelry for tomorrow. I guess walking around the mall will have to do.
I got to work and made some oats:

Bananas, Grapes, Cinnamon, & Skim Milk. I also had an Awake Tazo Tea because I did not get nearly enough sleep. I’m off to go pour another mug!
