Good Morning! Hope everyone had a nice long weekend. My festival was very fun but more on that later. First I will announce the Yoplait Delights Spa Giveaway Winner!

I had another giveaway planned for this week but apparently someone is stealing my packages. It was delivered last week but I never received it! This has happened with a few other packages as well since I moved to my new place. Looks like I will have to have them delivered to work from now on!

ELECTRIC ZOO FESTIVAL!

On Saturday and Sunday, I went to an electronic/house music festival on Randall’s Island. I’m not sure if any of you listen to this music but there were 4 stages with over 50 artists. The main DJ’s were Armin Van Buuren, David Guetta, Benny Benassi, Kaskade, and ATB. I was very excited to see all my favorite DJ’s in one place! On Saturday the boy arrived around 4 and we got to the island about an hour later. The festival started at 11 but I wasn’t going to last 12 hours, 2 days straight anyway!

Oh yeah, no food pictures from Saturday because after my omelet at 8 in the morning, I had a peanut butter and jelly at 11:00. I had a second one at 3:00 before we left. I had a 3rd one when we got home at 1:00 in the morning! I won’t bore you with 3 sandwiches haha. Yes I need to go grocery shopping.

Sunday

We woke up and went to the Tower Diner since it’s been over a month!! It was packed so we sat at the bar and had to stare at a million desserts!! Apparently Diana was there too but we missed each other!

I got an egg white omelet with mushrooms, tomatoes, and broccoli. Lots of burnt hash browns on the side! I love them that way.

I also had whole wheat toast and a bite of the boy’s turkey sausage.

I was stuffed after all of that but he insisted on chocolate pudding so of course I agreed!!

We arrived at the festival around 3:00 on Sunday. The cupcake truck was there!

We each got mini Oreo cream cupcakes!

Lots of hula hoopers and twirlers!

People were dressed up in all kinds of costumes and crazy outfits. It was insane but so fun!

We had a light lunch/dinner since we were both stuffed from brunch! We split a turkey wrap and iced tea. We both had bananas too. He also had ice cream and a few more cupcakes I think!

The wrap was extra good because of the mayo in it. I very rarely have full fart (okay I had to leave this typo since it is so funny but I meant fat!) mayo but it sure is delicious sometimes!

And that’s all! We both had a great time! I hope they have it again next year!

Monday

We got ourselves out of bed around 1 or 2 in the afternoon and went back to the diner!

The boy got the French Toast Deluxe. He added a bagel as well since eggs, ham, bacon, sausage, and french toast was not enough!! I wish I had his metabolism!

I got the same veggie omelet as the day before and stole his turkey sausage again!

Had to get the pudding again!

My pictures end here because I forgot to upload the rest last night but we went to the movies after brunch. We saw Final Destination in 3D. It was stupid but funny, especially wearing our cool glasses. I had a nice healthy snack of Diet Coke, Mike & Ike’s, and Dark Chocolate Raisinets. I was healthy the rest of the weekend so whatever!

Dinner was turkey sandwiches with pita chips and hummus. We watched Watchmen and drank some vodka. Very weird movie.

We thought we bought Ben & Jerry’s Chocolate Brownie Fro-yo at the store after the movie. We were both all excited for ice cream after dinner. We checked the fridge, freezer, and cabinets and there was no ice cream! I think we left it on the deli counter but it was so disappointing. We had to split my last ice cream sandwich. Not as fun! Especially since only one side of it had the chocolate layer! What’s up with that Turtle Mountain?

Today he is coming for lunch so we plan to get some ice cream to make up for last night I am off since someone just gave me work to do for once! Bye!
