Workout Plan and Results (and my TV debut!)

Hope everyone had a nice, long weekend. The highlight of my weekend was being on Good Morning America! My parents came to visit and my mom and I decided to take a walk to Lululemon. We got stopped on the street by two people with a camera asking us if we’d like to give our opinion for the show. They asked us our thoughts on the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition controversy (some people are calling the magazine photos from all over the world racist and offensive).

I love being on TV! Anyway, here is my workout plan for the week!

Monday (yesterday)–-Refine Method

Tuesday—Refine Method

Wednesday–Teach intenSati

Thursday–Refine Method

Friday, Saturday, Sunday—I have to do Refine Method 2 of these days and take one rest day.

As you can see, I pretty much have to go to Refine Method almost every day to fit 12 classes in this month! The Refine Resolution Challenge really works!

Last Week’s Results

Monday: Refine Method and spin at Revolve after work. Complete!

Tuesday: IntenSati. Complete!

Wednesday: Spin at Revolve in the morning. Teaching intenSati at night. Complete!

Thursday: Probably a rest day but I would love to do Refine if my legs agree. Refine Method!

Friday:  Spin. Complete!

Saturday: Refine Complete!

Sunday: Refine or rest day. Refine Method!

Yes, I stuck to my schedule and did not take any rest days. I blame it on the Refine Challenge! Tonight will be my fourth day in a row going to Refine so I probably will be limping tomorrow but it is all good. I will have a nice booty at the end of this.
