Weekly Workout Plan and Adora Calcium Winner!

Today I will share my workouts for the week (sorry for the delay), and choose the winner of the Adora Calcium Giveaway! Posting on here is really working because I never want to come back the next week and tell you that I skipped my workout! Here it goes:

Monday (yesterday): Rest day.  Between spinning for 2 hours on Friday, Refine Method on Saturday, and intenSati on Sunday, I could not get out of bed yesterday!

Tuesday: Refine Method

Wednesday: Teaching intenSati

Thursday: Refine Method

Friday: Core Fusion

Saturday/Sunday: Refine Method one of the days, rest or elliptical the other day

Last Week:

Monday: Refine Method—Complete!
Tuesday: Teaching intenSati at work!! I was supposed to do this in November but it got postponed. This was my post (slightly freaking out) about it: Bringing exercise to work.—Complete!(post about this soon!)
Wednesday: Teaching intenSati. I will be subbing for my friend who is on maternity leave until mid-February. Class is free so if you live in Queens, please come!! It is at the Lost Battalion Hall at 6:30pm every Wednesday. —Complete!
Thursday: Rio Extreme at Equinox.— Rescheduled to Refine on Saturday.
Friday: A special spin event (an hour and a half class).—Complete! I am now certified to teach spin! Post coming soon!
Saturday: Off (or Refine if I am still standing)—Refine Method!
Sunday: intenSati and Animal Flow at Equinox.—Completed intenSati, no Animal Flow. I was having trouble just doing intenSati since I was so sore from spin and Refine. I decided to sit in the steam room instead of trying this new Animal Flow class!
