Hey everyone! I am finally back! I went to Maryland and brought my laptop but never had much of a chance to blog. I was also busy at work yesterday so I will try to get all caught up with everything today!

I will recap back to Saturday and then update with you with the rest of my life!

Saturday I took Amtrak to Towson, Maryland where I went to college.. It was way better than Greyhound! It only took 2 1/2 hours instead of 5 hours on the bus. I could actually lean back too. The best part was the snack car since I was able to have a beer or two!

I got to my friend Katie’s house around 9. We went to Federal Hill for her friend’s birthday. Federal Hill is a fun little part of Baltimore with a bunch or bars and restaurants. We went to this one bar and I got all this interesting beer like blueberry beer and peach beer! So good!

This is us after bar hopping for a while!

Very fun night!

Sunday we woke up and got Subway!

I got a 6 inch on whole wheat bread with turkey, American cheese, lettuce, cucumbers, mustard, banana peppers, pickles, and tomato.

I also had a Vitamin water and Mr. Krispers BBQ chips on the side. The chips were so good! They had a nice little spice to them.

I also had the best thing every for dessert!

An Oreo Cakester!! So worth the calories and horrible ingredients!!

We just watched movies for a while and decided to go out and grab a snack.

I got a Greek salad! It had a nice huge chunk of feta cheese, peppers, croutons, tomatoes, and lettuce with the house dressing on the side. Yummy!

Katie decided to get a tattoo!

I would never get one but I don’t mind watching my friends get them!

Yes, that had to hurt!!

For dinner we decided to order from Hooters. I used to work there and some of the same regulars were there that I knew 2 years ago! It was not so fun having the weird men hug me when I walked in! I do not miss having to strike up conversation every day with them!

We shared fried pickles to start!

They were great! They come with this amazing cheese dip sauce!

I got a grilled chicken salad for my main course with lite ranch dressing.

I always like to request grilled onions, mushrooms, and peppers for my salad when I am there!

We also split amazing curly fries!

That night, we stayed in and drank some vodka :) Always fun!

Monday was Katie’s boyfriend’s birthday so he had a party at his friend’s house. We barbecued and played beer pong all day!

I had a nice juicy burger on white bread!

There are only a few times a year I eat a real burger so it was highly enjoyable! I also had a biscuit for breakfast, some fruit, and vodka the rest of the day. Nice healthy diet haha.

I decided to tale Amtrak directly back to work on Tuesday morning instead of going back all buzzed on Monday night. I took a 5:45 am train which was supposed to get me back at 8:15. I would have made it to work exactly on time, but no, it was delayed 50 minutes! If I wanted to take the next train, they were going to charge me $150 more dollars. It was worth it to be late to work!

I finally got to work at 9:30 and had to sit in a different desk so I had no access to my oatmeal. Good thing I had some snacks leftover from Maryland!

I had a Peanut Butter Larabar.

I also had some Tierra Farm snack mix!

This stuff was so addicting! It was cashews, chocolate chips, and cranberries. I finished the entire container by the end of the day!

I had no gym gear with me so I went to the Westside Market and picked up some lunch. I was so starving so I got a huge turkey sandwich!

It had American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. So good!

With some Glenny’s Apple Cinnamon Soycrisps and a Synergy Kombucha on the side! I tried the citrus and loved it!

I skipped the gym after work too. I was way too tired to move! I met my roommate at the apartment we liked last week to look at it again. We decided to try it for a year since it is cheaper and bigger than where we live now. Hopefully there are no critters! It looked very clean though.

We gave our landlord notice last night so we have exactly a month to move out. We are going to try for 2 weeks from now. I am excited to have a little backyard! Perfect timing for the summer!

I was so tired after work so I decided to be lazy and pick up some Subway.

I got the exact same sandwich as Sunday but with the addition of ham. I also had Bud Light and Parmesan Garlic popchips with hummus on the side.

I also had my last Jell-O shot :)

I am never too tired for some ice cream!

I better go because I sit near Human Resources now so I have to be extremely careful about blogging! I have a little more work to do at least but not much! I will leave you with some giveaways!

Welcome back!!! Your weekend sounds so fun and that oreo cakster sounds to die for! I’ve looked at them at the checkout isle of the grocery storey for months, dreaming of eating them but telling myself they probably don’t taste as good as they would need to, to be worth the calories. Great – you say they are. Now I’m goign to have to try them. This sounds like a blog post for me – HA!
