I just got back from a nice lunch workout! It felt good to get moving again after a weekend consisting of tons of goodies and no gym! It was also so sunny outside. I wish it would stay like this!
I did Fitnessista’s 30 Minute Elliptical Workout. Such a great workout for when I only have a short amount of time. I burned 240 calories, had a max hr of 180 and average of 157.
I came back with a nice appetite for lunch. I made the usual turkey wrap:
- 2 slices Boar’s Head Low Salt Turkey
- 2 slices Alpine Lace White American
- Sabra Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
- Mustard
- Cucumbers
- Lettuce
I thought I was out of popchips but I found one last bag when I was cleaning out my kitchen on Saturday!
