Tuna and a Fig Ball

Lunch was a Tuna and Goat Cheese wrap that I made on Sunday night.

I brought it to eat on Monday but then pizza appeared so I saved it for today. The wrap was all wet when I opened it, probably from the tuna juice. I ate it anyway because the wrap was not soggy, just moist.

I also ate a bag of delicious Pop Chips!

As I was sitting at the table, eating and reading a magazine, a coworker put this in front of me!

He said it was a Fig Ball. He told me it contained brown sugar, butter, and I probably do not want to know what else! He cooked a bunch himself. It was AMAZING! Little pieces of fig throughout and yes, you could taste the butter in there. YUM!

There are also sugar cookies in the kitchen which I am really trying to avoid! 4 more hours till vacation!!

By the way, I was just offered a 2nd fig ball. I kindly declined! He told me he understood because they are very detrimental to your teeth! Good decision Missy!
