Treadmill for Lunch

Well it stopped snowing and I am wearing my gym outfit under my sweater so I went back at lunch! I did 27 minutes on the treadmill this time. I did a nice little interval session.

1-5 minutes: Speed-4.3, Incline-0 (walk)

5-10 minutes: Speed-6.0, Incline-0 (jog)

10-15 minutes: Speed- 4.2, Incline-0 (walk)

15-17 minutes: Speed-6.0, Incline-0 (jog)

17-25 minutes: Speed 4.1, Incline-3.5 (walk)

25-27 minutes: Speed 3.0, Incline-0 (cool down)

I was planning on jogging for 5 minutes instead of 2 minutes during the second interval but I got a really bad cramp in my side so I had to stop. Now I do not feel as bad about skipping the gym the past couple of days so that is good!

I was starving when I got back to the office at 1! I brought a Veggie burger sandwich from home so I stuck it in the toaster oven right away. It contained a Morningstar Farms burger, lettuce, hummus, mustard, cues on Arnold’s Sandwich Thins.

It was slightly mushy as you can see. I had it in the fridge since yesterday so the hummus and mustard probably made it soggy. It was still good though!

I ate it with a bag of BBQ Popchips!

I had a piece of a Cocoavia bar at the end to get the BBQ taste out of my mouth!

4 more hours of work and then I will be heading upstairs to get some highlights! I used to get them all of the time but then my hair got too blond so I stopped. I need a change again and they are free for me so why not :) I will post pictures later tonight!
