Hello! This is what I would be doing if I was not in an office right now!
I had to! I can’t believe my sister is getting married this weekend! It has not set in yet! I am very excited but still have a lot to do! Tomorrow I am getting manicures and pedicures with all of the bridesmaids. I can’t wait to get my hair and makeup done too! It is fun being a girly girl sometimes!
I did pretty well yesterday with food except for a few little cheats here and there.
I got to work and made eggbeaters in the microwave. I made double the amount I made last time so that I would actually stay full.
There was also a chunk of Laughing Cow hidden somewhere in there. I had Tazo Awake tea as well.
I brought delicious almonds to snack on later in the morning.
I might have stopped at The Lite Choice for some fro-yo too! It was 1000 degrees outside and I saw that they had banana fudge so I needed it!! That might be my new favorite flavor!
We met at a cute outdoor bar called The Frying Pan. It was on a boat docked by the Hudson we so we were rocking a bit!
It was crazy because she lost 30 pounds since the last time I saw her! I had no idea! During college, she was trying to help me gain weight at one point. I was trying to help her lose weight. We would cook healthy dinners together but she always struggled to lose the weight. She said she got sick and lost some of the weight but has been able to keep it off since. I am very happy for her.
I was good and only had 1 drink. Amanda does not drink so I wasn’t about to get drunk alone! I had a vodka soda with a splash of cranberry.
I want to go back to that bar because they had amazing looking sangria! I did not see it till after I ordered but there was soo much fruit in it!
Since I did not go to the gym, I decided to do some walking. The bar was at the 23rd street subway stop so instead of getting on there, I walked all the way to 50th. I was soaking wet from the heat but it felt good to get some activity in.
I got home around 10 starving for dinner! I made a Morningstar Farms burger with mushrooms.
I also had 2 Vegan Carob Banana cubes! Thanks to Diana, I am discovering all of these amazing snacks at Integral Yoga Health Food Store! I’ve been going there a few times a week during my lunch hour just to browse (and maybe buy Kombucha), but I never knew half of these treats existed!
I get off at 4:00 today so I plan to do some cardio and then go to Core Fusion! I am reserving a spot now so that way I can’t back out for the 3rd day in a row! I will be staying in a hotel in long Island for the next 2 nights (3 day weekend oh yeahhh), but I may post one more time before I go. If not, have a great weekend!

You have to be getting so excited!! I think my sisters' weddings were the next best things to my own (I'm guessing, LOL). I hope you have an awesome time and take lots of pics!
Do your egg beaters explode in the microwave? I micro egg whites sometimes and they do. But it's so quick and easy! I'll have to try egg beaters next.

Holly: They start to explode a little bit after the first 2 minutes but I just stop it, stir, and keep going! It seems to work out okay.
