Hi Becky. I just wanted to let you know that “only 8″ doesn’t mean it’s 8 calories per ounce, it actually means that it has only 8 ingredients, including “natural flavors & stabilizers”… whatever that means. It actually has 114 calories for a 5oz. serving. For more information, check out this article.

I hope to try TLC when I visit NY! We have a lot of frozen yogurt shops in Hawaii. I’m still new here, but so far my favorite is Tutti Frutti (http://www.tfyogurt.com) they have tons of yummy flavors and fruity toppings!

I love this little place around the corner from me… I don’t even know what it’s called – World of Candy and Nuts or something. Dori probably knows what it is. They have low calorie froyo type stuff

My favorite is Lula’s Sweet Apothecary in NYC! It’s the most adorable shop that looks like a real apothecary from the 50′s, and it’s totally vegan. Their flavors are mostly nut-based, and they are always inventive and sooo delicious!!

Well I like TCBY b/c they have lots of yogurts and cookie dough ball toppings. But I went to a TLC shop the other day after you mentioned it and I loved it!
