Nutritional Powerhouse

Good Morning on this warm spring December day! I chose the wrong day to wear a sweater and winter coat! I cooled off yesterday and today with a nice green juice!

Soup Craze!

I am on some sort of soup craze this week. I’ve been determined to find healthy low sodium soups so I’ve had a different kind for dinner 3 nights in a row!
