Superbowl Sunday Pancakes

Happy Superbowl Sunday! I will summarize the rest of my day yesterday before the drinking begins!

The boy and I went to get manicures! I got a pedicure too.

We also had a few snacks between breakfast and lunch that I did not take pictures of. We had Chobani, grapes, and chocolate chips. A little later we had turkey and cheese wrapped around pickles! So good! Who needs bread when you have pickles??

Around 8, we were debating going out to dinner or just staying in and cooking something. Since it was so freezing out and getting late, we decided to just cook.

We went to the food store and got a bunch of different goodies to make a chicken dish. We used the below items in our dinner:

Of course we had to start of with a beverage before cooking.

Rum and Crystal Light!

Then we chopped some fresh garlic cloves.

Along with some squash…

We put the squash, zucchini, and garlic in a pan with salt, crushed red pepper, and Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing.
We also cooked some string beans and garlic in another pan.

We made 2 Bags of Brown Rice as well. We probably only needed 1 but now I have leftovers which is always nice.
The Perdue Chicken strips are already cooked but we heated them up in a pan with Balsamic to add some flavor.
I also made some salad to mix in with all of the ingredients.

Once the squash was cooked, we mixed the green beans together to give the veggies a nice mix of flavors.

Ready to eat!
Here is my first plate. I put each item on top of the salad and mixed it all together.

It was delicious!!!

I think the veggies were the the best part. They had an amazing flavor to them! And I have just enough for another meal!
After eating, we decided to make the chocolate pudding that I thought I made last week!

We mixed skim milk with the packets and put it in the fridge to eat later!

But first I dug my spoon into this bowl of chocolate of course!

While we were at it, we decided to make Jello as well!

We stirred the packet with boiling water and put it in the fridge.

I saw the bottle of rum sitting there so I decided to make it into jello shots!

I only added 1 shot but could not wait to try it later at night! We got into this crazy cleaning mode after and made my entire kitchen spotless!!

Nothing better than drinking and cleaning!
We decided to watch Pineapple Express after. We got those munchies a few hours later so brought out a lovely container of Soy Icecream!

I usually cannot have this in the house because I eat the entire container at once but I was okay since I had another person with me. We decided to make banana splits!

The boy made me take a second picture because I forgot spoons in the first one!

YUMMMMMMMM!

Best thing ever! If I was alone I would have made 3 more probably!
A little later, he brings in the rum jello!

And we finished it in a matter of 5 minutes!

After that he brings in Chobani, grapes, and chocolate chips! No picture because I was not very sober! Way too much food but it was fun!
We woke up around 10 and split a Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Honest Foods Bar. We passed back out till 1 and decided to make a real breakfast.
I started off by making cheese omelets.
I was planning on making French Toast to go with it but we only had 1 egg left! I decided to make pancakes instead since it only requires 1 egg!
I mixed bananas, chocolate chips, and cinnamon into the batter.

Even better then yesterday!

I added some margarine and syrup onto my pancakes.

Yummy! The cinnamon added a nice touch to the pancakes today!
Now we are either going to go pick up a case of beer or head to a sports bar for the Superbowl. Hope you all have a fun one!
