Hey hey. I am feeling too lazy to work out today so I decided to do a little Saturday afternoon blogging instead! I am listening to the summit as I type too. It is fun to hear some of the blogger’s voices! They are always different from what I imagine!
Friday Recap
After I wrote my nice little letter to Energy Kitchen about my unpleasant experience, they wrote me back saying they were sending me a gift card! Wahoo! More free breakfast
During lunch I walked around with my bridesmaid dress to try to find a cheap tailor near work. The first one wanted to charge me $81.00. No Way! I took my dress back and went to a smaller place across the street. They told me it would be $64.00 so I am very happy I didn’t settle with the first place I went to!
I also stopped in Integral Yoga natural health food (best store ever) and picked up my favorite sandwich.
It is loaded with so much guac and hummus! I love it! Not bad for $3.99!
After work I went to the gym for a little. I started off on the elliptical but my knee started to hurt so I got off after 15 minutes. I tried to walk on the treadmill too but I was just so tired and bored so I stayed on that for 15 minutes and went home. I think skipping the gym today will help me get my energy back a little! My legs are still so sore from Core Fusion and everything last week.
I went home and made some dinner! There was not much left in my apartment but I did have a box of mushroom burgers!
I cooked it with more mushrooms
I put some Laughing Cow on top of the burger. I put the burger on top of a salad with cucumbers, carrots, hemp seeds, tortilla chips, and hummus.
I also added some Don Sabrosa Blueberry, Peaches, & Honey salsa. So good on salad!
The salad was so fun to eat since there were so many random things going on!
I had some lemon seltzer to drink.
I made a fun messy dessert too!
Fruit salad with some Oikos and carob chips! Yummy!
I felt like an old lady last night because I stayed home doing laundry. But guess what? I have not had any alcohol in 2 weeks! Very long for me haha. I will be breaking the streak tonight though!
I pretty much watched True Blood all night and played with Twitter and Facebook! I snacked on some Cape Cod cheddar popcorn while watchin my tv show!
I finally stopped watching around 1 am and went to bed!
Saturday
I woke up at 8 in the morning for no reason! I hate when that happens on a weekend. I couldn’t fall back asleep so I got up and had some breakfast. I was too tired to make anything fun like an omelet or pancakes so I had some cereal.
I mixed Kay’s Naturals with MixMyGranola and topped it off with sliced banana.
Of course, can’t just have one bowl!
The 2nd bowl was Zoe’s granola since I am completely out of cereal now!
I got back in bed after watching another episode of True Blood (I know, obsession), and fell asleep till 11:30! I decided to go outside and get some sun since it looked so nice out! I stayed out for an hour until it got too hot. I also do not own a beach chair so I can’t lay on the cement for too long! I did get some color though
I made some lunch around 1:00. I really wanted a smoothie since I was so hot!
I made a Green Monster with Chocolate Amazing Meal, kale, banana, milk, and some greek yogurt.
Before…
It was good but a little grassier tasting than what I am used to. I probably added too much kale but I still enjoyed the whole thing!
I really wanted peanut butter and jelly too!
I had no bread in the house so I decided to make it on a wrap instead. I had half a banana left so I added that too!
I must say, this was the best wrap ever!! It might be my new favorite lunch. Farewell turkey!
I will definitely be packing this wrap for work A LOT!
Tonight I am probably going out with my friend Kaity that I went to college with to get our drink on! I think we are going to the beer garden in Astoria! Fun! For now I will probably continue to relax and watch the summit! What are you doing tonight?
Hope everyone is having a nice weekend!

hope you had a great night!

ghheheh YES go us with the 2 bowls of cereal! I've realized that I only have one bowl of cereal if I make that one big and wholesome. Meaning, I add a ton of thins to beef it up like…frozen fruit, unfrozen fruit, and puffy cereal! But hey, 2 bowls works the same too!
