Last night there was a change of plans. Dinner got postponed to next week since my friend ended up having to work late. I do not like going home right after work because it puts me at too much risk of a binge so I decided to head back to the gym for a little.
I did not do any cardio since I took a spin class in the morning. There was a Total Body Conditioning Class starting 15 minutes after I got off work so I decided to do that instead of going home and waiting till 7:30 for the class. The class went well. It was nice to get in my weight training for the week.
After the class, I sat in the steam room for a bit. The gym near my home does not have a steam room so I decided to take advantage of being at my work gym at night. It felt so nice! Here is a nice article explaining some of the benefits of a steam room:
It was so relaxing and just what I needed. I also put conditioner in my hair the whole time to give my hair a deep treatment. It came out so nice and smooth! I should start doing this once a week, especially to help my mind relax.
I got home and had a package and some samples waiting for me!

I was so starving when I got home that I immediately ran into the kitchen and brought out my mozzarella cheese chunk! I had a few slices with pickles while deciding what to make for dinner.
I popped open a beer while I waited for it to heat up.

I also made a frozen veggie mix with cucumbers and hummus for the side.
I get the Non-Dairy Burritos but I had some deli cheese to use up so I melted a slice on the burrito. Very good!
After dinner, I really wanted something sweet but was not sure if I should get started with the ice cream. I decided to try to control myself and have 1 bowl.
I added pumpkin butter, chocolate chips, and whipped cream. YUM!!!!
Yes, I was very full but I went back in that kitchen. I made 1 more scoop of ice cream with Sugar-free Jello.
I know I did not need the 2nd bowl but at least I did not go crazy and make a 3rd!! I also had a 2nd beer too! Good thing I got in a good workout!!
I was considering going to the gym in the morning after eating so much last night but I really could not get up today. My room was freezing! I think the heat was broken last night.
I got to work ready for some oats! I brought a new flavor of an Honest Foods bar to try!
I crumbled a piece of it into my oats along with Grapes, Gerber Apples, Cinnamon, and Milk.
I loved this mix of add ins!! The Almond Trail Mix bar was pretty good! I like the Apple Ginger flavor more but this did the trick! I kind of ate all 3 bags of my Hannah Montana freeze dried fruits at work yesterday which is why I had Gerber today! I really can only bring 1 bag at a time to leave in my desk!

- Tuna
Delicious! I love tuna with hummus! Such a great combination. Of course I had to try out my new popchips sample!
The verdict: DELICIOUS!! This might be my favorite flavor yet!! I am excited to see how the second bag compares!! I hope they start selling this very soon!Related posts:

Thanks for the steam room tips. The hair conditioning treatment is a great idea, especially with all this dry winter air.
Mmmm, ice-cream. Why is it so hard to stop with just one bowl? I’ve been there…and keep going back. Bad habit.
