I know…I already broke my promise of a playlist every Friday! I was running on 4 hours of sleep at work so blogging was not the first thing on my mind. Even with no sleep, class went really well and somehow I become really energetic for 45 minutes (maybe I just love my music)! Here is my playlist:
Delirious- Warm up: short sprints with upper body stretches.
Stay the Night- Increase resistance, sprints during dancy part of songs!
You Make Me- Hill climb–alternating seating and standing
Your Love- Flat road with 20 second pushes
Hey Hey- Weights (bicep curls, lateral raises, tricep push backs)
Dancing in my head- Finished weights with punches, moved into flat recovery sitting and standing
Animals- Increase resistance, sprints during the drops. This one is a perfect spin song and mostly everyone knows it by now.
Horsey- Increased resistance more than Animals and climbed out of saddle. This song was kind of awkward and repetitive. Taking out of playlist if I repeat this one in the future.
Take you higher- Last hill climb of song staying in saddle.
Army- Heavy resistance with pushes in the saddle. This song is awesome and gets everyone super sweaty,
Porcelain- Cool down.
