Happy Saturday! It is finally starting to snow! My bedroom is SO cold. I am currently wearing……
1 tank top, 2 sweat shirts, sweat pants, UGGs, gloves, and a winter hat. Oh and Daisy has to be on my lap to keep me warm! Pretty sad for being inside! I just emailed my landlord to come over and raise the heat! I just took my gloves off so I could type and now my hands are numb. I need those gloves where the fingers are open on the end!
Okay, enough about cold and onto food! I woke up this morning and made a green juice of course!
I had to take Daisy to the vet to get her last shot. She was not too happy.
I got home after and made some cereal! I decided to try out some Health Valley Organic Fiber 7 Flakes.
I added raisins and bananas. The cereal was very good! The flakes were nice and big and did not need any extra sweetener. The cereal is 160 calories, 7 grams of fiber, and 6 grams of protein for 1 cup. Nice stats!
Mexican Meals!!
I had the same thing for 3 different meals in the past 2 days. On Thursday, I made a Mexican salad using LightLife Smart Ground veggie crumbles.
I cooked it on the stove with corn and bean salsa, peppers, and mushrooms. I also added steamed broccoli, carrots, and Dr. Kracker’s.
Delicious salad! I had some red wine too!
On Friday for lunch, I brought some leftovers. I had a little salad left in the bag so I added carrots and brought it to work with me.
I brought the LightLife mix in a separate container and made a great salad for lunch!
I still had more leftover after that so I had it again for dinner last night!
All gone now! I also had a Skinny Cow ice cream sammy and some cereal a little later. I was supposed to get highlights last night but I was 10 minutes late so I had to reschedule. I was so mad but at least it gave me some time to relax at home! I was so bored though that I kept getting tons of snacks! Eventually I gave Daisy a bath so I couldn’t move from my spot for 2 hours since she was cold!
Today looks like a nice movie/beer day! Better go stock up before it gets too bad out! It’s days like today that I wish I had a Wii Fit! Maybe I’ll do my Core Fusion DVD or something.

Oh man! That really sucks. I hate being cold, I’m a cold weather wuss.
I’m with you, I wish I had a wii fit on days when I can’t leave the house. I don’t even have any workout dvd’s. When the snow gets here tomorrow I’ll probably shovel for my workout. I hate it with a passion, but it’s a good workout!
