My mom and brother didn't have school the last two days (my brother is in 7th grade, my mom is a school nurse) but of course I had to still work, boooo. I think this yoga flow class sounds awesome. I need to go to the yoga studio down the street from my house and see if they have any good classes. I have been practicing with Exercise TV, and learning the moves so I don't look like an idiot when I take a class! I think I MIGHT be ready....we'll see.
