Hello! I promised you a giveaway yesterday so here it is! First I will do a little review of the main product that is up for grabs!
The lovely folks over at Silk Soymilk sent me about 10 coupons for a free half gallon of the new Silk Heart Health.

About Silk Heart Health (from the website)
Silk Heart Health is a new soymilk product that combines the heart-health benefits of soy protein and plant sterols. Both have been proven to help reduce the risk of cholesterol and heart disease.
A recent study found that people who enjoyed three servings of Silk Heart Health per day for four weeks, as part of a sensible diet, lowered their cholesterol by 7%.
Silk Heart Health is the first U.S. soymilk to offer the combined benefit of two proven heart-health ingredients:
Soy protein: a perfect, natural protein recognized by the FDA for its role in heart health.
Phytosterols: a naturally sourced plant ingredient that also carries the FDA heart-health claim.
From diet and exercise to stress and sleep, every lifestyle choice you make can have an impact on your heart. With clinically shown benefits from two proven ingredients, Silk Heart Health is a natural choice for heart-health confidence you can feel.
**A serving of Silk Heart Health provides .65 grams of phytosterols and 6.25 grams of soy protein, both of which are recognized by the FDA as heart-healthy when included in a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol. Foods containing at least 0.4 grams per serving of phytosterols, enjoyed twice a day with meals for a daily total intake of at least 0.8 grams, may reduce the risk of heart disease. 25 grams of soy protein per day may also reduce your risk.
I tried the milk with a bowl of Peanut Butter Puffins a few days ago.
I really enjoyed the milk! It had a delicious vanilla flavor with a creamy consistency.
I also tried it with some chocolate syrup!
It was a wonderful glass of chocolate milk! The combination of vanilla and chocolate gave it a delicious flavor!
If you are interested in trying the new milk, you can find it here!
