I cant really choose a favorite salad, but I definitely love a "kitchen sink" salad. I use a spinach base, throw on tons of chopped veggies, some frozen corn, a few slivered almonds, strawberries or grapes, and shake it all up with a little black pepper. on occasion ill top with a light vinagrette but normally the flavors are enough!
