Over the past couple of days, I had the pleasure of trying some amazing bread and bagels from Rudy’s Bakery.
- 7 Grain and Flax
- 100% Whole Wheat
- Multigrain Oat
- Multigrain Bagel
- Cinnamon Raisin Bagel
The first bread I tried was the 100% Whole Wheat.
The slices were bigger than my usual bread. They were also very thick and soft.
100% Whole Wheat
We start with whole wheat flour; add coarsely ground cracked wheat, and a hint of molasses for a taste of traditional baking the old fashioned way.

I would totally want to try the cinnamon raisin bagels. Most bagels are so high in calories that it’s only worth it once in a while, but those sound like they could make a great everyday sandwich or morning toast (with peanut butter of course!) Mmmmm…
