Romantic Surprise and Saturday Brunch!

Hope everyone is having a nice weekend!! I will recap from yesterday since I have been a little busy!

The no gum thing did not work out yesterday. At 3 I could not handle it and got a piece. I ended up chewing half a pack. Better than a full pack but still! Oh well! At 4, I looked over at the elevator and my boyfriend was standing there with flowers!!!

I had no idea he was coming that early. Everyone at the office was making the biggest deal about it saying how cute it was! I was very impressed! He went back to my apartment until I got off work and then met me at the gym. He felt too sick too work out so I just did a half hour on the elliptical.

We went home and made some rum and crystal light!

And another…

And I think a few more…not even sure!! All that I ended up eating for dinner was half of a Z-bar. At 2 am, he did bring me in a piece of my roommates Oreo Chocolate Cheesecake!!

The piece was pretty small but AMAZING!!! We stayed in bed till around 12 and he said he wanted to go to the Tower Diner. I never argue with that one!! But first he put chocolate in my mouth!

It had a pink center!! I think it was strawberry but it was really good! Nice little appetizer before breakfast!!

At the diner I got my usual-egg white omelet with mushrooms, peppers, and feta cheese.

I got hash browns on the side but only ate about half because I only like the burnt part!! The omelets there are seriously heaven. I could eat one every day!

I also had both slices of whole wheat toast with strawberry jam and butter.

Ready for dessert???? It was between chocolate pudding and a banana split…..

AAAAHH! How amazing does that look. It had vanilla and chocolate ice cream, chocolate fudge, whipped cream, cherries, and sprinkles. YUMMMM! My boyfriend is a bad influence hehe.

Yes, we seriously killed it in 3 minutes. So good!!

We came home and watched Pirates of the Caribbean 3. Actually it is still on but my A.D.D. kicked in big time!! My boyfriend decided he wanted a snack for the movie so brought out lots of cheese!!

We also made more drinks of course…

We made a beautiful cheese and pickle spread for the movie! It contained Extra White Sharp Cheese, Part-Skim Mozzarella, and Laughing Cow Light Swiss.

Yummy! I did not like the Sharp cheese but I highly enjoyed the Mozzarella and Laughing Cow!!

A little while after that, he brought in sugar-free vanilla pudding!!

This pudding was free because I had a coupon for free rice pudding to try out. I really don’t like rice pudding so we decided to see if the cashier would notice the difference. It worked!! Love free food Now I am super full!

Not sure what tonight’s plans are. I am on my second drink for now!!

Yum it all sounds great! I am so sick but I did have Pinkberry twice because of it, and pudding!

Unexpected flowers are the best! I made the mistake of telling my husband once (forever ago) that he shouldn’t waste money on something that was going to die, I haven’t seen a flower since!

maybe you should tell your dad about the surprise flowers…change his mind about your BF/relationship?
is your roommate ever home to eat her own food? she always has the good stuff!

Dori: Yum I miss Pinkberry! Feel better!

Elise: I would tell my parents but they still wouldn’t care. They hate him that much and won’t change their mind.

The roommate is also seriously never here!! Only like 3 nights a week so I eat all her treats lol

Gar: Tower Diner is the best diner I have tried in Forest Hills yet! I tried about 3 other ones but this one is amazing!
