		<description>I tried that rebounding class when I was in Argentina, it was great , really hard cardio work!!! 
I usually only eat 3 big meals and prefer that way because I love eating meals when i&#039;m hungry. If I have to snack, I&#039;d grab a fruit or toast.</description>
