		<description>Your schoolin sounds so fantastic!!  Bio-individuality?  I have not even heard of that!  So regarding the phytic acid, yeah, it binds minerals, but did you know it&#039;s also an antioxidant?  It also helps to lower blodd sugar.  So while there are some issues with it, it&#039;s also a healthy component.  this is why TOO MANY carbs, is not good, but carbs in moderation, is KEY!
Looks like you had a very exciting weekend.  I want to try those kale crisps, yum!</description>
