Today I went to the gym at lunch and did 30 minutes on the elliptical. Can’t tell you my stats because my heart rate monitor has been acting goofy! It told me my heart rate was stuck at 140 for 7 minutes even though I was doing intervals. It stayed at 60 after that. Not possible! I have to work on that later tonight!
I got back to work and had exactly what I had for dinner last night,a turkey wrap! It is much easier to make 2 of them at once!

About a half hour later, I needed chocolate!! I brought out some Newman’s Own 70% Super Dark Chocolate!
I had the piece on right right…and maybe another piece! It is so good! I will try not to attack the entire bar before the day is up!
By the way, I have been resorting to mints since I have been trying to stop chewing so much gum! I was eating Lifesaver mints but last night I realized that Newman’s Own sent me about 5 different types of mints! Today I brought some of the peppermint flavor to try!
They were yummy! They are a little thinner than the Lifesaver kind so they lasted a little shorter than I like. This may be the only problem for me since i always need to be chewing something! The good thing is that 1 serving is 3 mints!
3 mints contains 10 calories and 2 grams of sugar. I just have to be careful to not eat an entire roll each day because it is unnecessary calories!
They are made with Organic Sugar, Organic Corn Syrup, Natural Peppermint Flavor, Gum Arabic, Organic Tapioca Starch.
Gotta love the organic ingredients!! The most important thing is that they do not bother my tummy like sugar free gum does so I will try to stick with these! I still am dying for a piece of gum but I have been doing okay with it! I had none yesterday and my tummy felt lovely!! Yay!
I also have a pear and a YouBAR on hand if I feel the need to snack again but hopefully not! After work I plan to go to Total Body Conditioning. Hopefully I don’t change my mind!

I could never have a chocolate bar like that in the house or I would devour the whole thing. I have no will power when it comes to chocolate.
