My goal for the new year is to lose all of the weight I put on after meeting my now-husband (about 25 pounds) through healthier eating & exercise. I enrolled in a pilates course to help me with the exercise part, and I’ve been working on healthier eating for awhile now, but since I have a goal it’s become a lot more focused. I’m also planning to run a 5k sometime this year! Wish this non-runner luck

My goal for the new year is to keep moving and to try new foods. Making a resolution for losing weight always seems to be a disappointment so this year, at a local gym, i’ve signed up for a different workout class every month so I can keep moving as well as shake things up a bit. I’ve pre-registered and pre paid so i’ll be more likely to go. As well, I’m planning to bring my lunch to work everyday instead of hitting the fast food places or the coffee shop around the corner.
