*N Sync Spotting and PB&J Cookie for Breakfast!

I forgot to mention in my post this morning something that is extremely depressing to me! If I did not go to the concert on Saturday, I would have went out with my sister to celebrate her fiance’s birthday. I already had the concert tickets so I did not go with my sister. While I was at the concert, I get a picture message:

MY SISTER IS NEXT TO J.C. FROM *N SYNC!!!!!!!!!!!

This may not seem like a big deal to some people, but I was and still am a die hard *N Sync fan! I used to have my room covered with posters and went to 11 *N Sync concerts. J.C. happened to be at the bar that they went to!!! My sister said he was really nice and they had a full out conversation about how big of fans we were. I am sooo jealous!!

I did walk by J.C once backstage at an *N Sync concert but I never actually met him. I met Joey and Lance. One of these days I will post those pictures because I was hysterically crying out of shock and excitement! It is still my dream to meet Justin. I am in love! If it was Justin instead of J.C at that bar, I think I would have left the concert to go stalk him. Haha I know, I am a loser.

Anyway, onto food and exercise for the day!

This morning I woke up and did Level 3 of the Shred. I skipped it yesterday so I knew I had to do it today. The jumps at the end make way too much noise!! I am still trying to figure out how to not slam on the floor so hard. Oh well! The neighbors will have to deal with it! I want abs!

I got to work and had a Chobani with an Erin’s Bakers Peanut Butter and Jelly Breakfast Cookie!

I added a little Mix My Granola on top of my Chobani too.

I loved the Peanut Butter & Jelly flavor!! It was soft and moist and mostly had a peanut butter flavor with little jelly bits going through it. It is a little high in calories and carbs but knowing that it is all organic makes me feel better about it.

Ingredients:

Whole Grain Oats, Unbleached Wheat Flour (unbleached wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Prune Puree, Natural Peanut Butter, Organic Evaporated Cane Juice, Raspberry Jelly (sugar, raspberry puree from concentrate, glucose, pectin, citric acid, sodium citrate, natural flavor), Water, Brown Rice Syrup, Expeller Pressed Canola Oil, Chicory Extract, Molasses, Baking Soda, Pure Vanilla Extract, Sea Salt, Dried Egg Whites, Soy Lecithin, Aluminum-Free Baking Powder, Cinnamon.

This breakfast kept me full even longer than oatmeal! Very impressive!

I was debating going to the gym at lunch due to the rain but I decided to suck it up and get a little wet since I did not work out all weekend.

I did 25 minutes on the elliptical at intervals of 5 and 10.

Stats:

Calories Burned: 184
Maximum Heart Rate: 175
Average Heart Rate: 149

I also plan to go to spin or kickboxing tonight! I will decide when I get to the gym!
I got back to the office and brought out my turkey sandwich!

  • Turkey
  • Laughing Cow Cheese
  • Mustard
  • Sabra Sun Dried Tomato Hummus
  • Lettuce
  • Cucumbers
  • Arnold’s Sandwich Thin

I love packing the sandwich that thick! I used 3 pieces of turkey instead of 2 today. Much more fun to eat! I also brought Michael Season’s Baked Cheddar Multigrain Chips to munch on with my sandwich!

I really love these even though the boy was not a fan. They are just like cheese curls to me!

If I get hungry later, I have an apple and a Quaker True Delight bar on hand. I probably will only eat one or the other because I brought gum my mistake today. That means me eating less but with a messed up tummy from Sorbitol. Oh well, I haven’t brought gum to work in a while so I am allowed today!

Here are some more contests! One of these days all this linking back will win me something! :)

I saw nSync in concert once. I was far too old to be doing such a thing.

    Those cookies look so delicious.

Oooh – I was an N Sync fan, too! Though, without the posters. ;-) J.C. was my second favorite (after you-know-who). I would be totally jealous, too!

PB&J in a cookie? Seriously, that is one of the best ideas EVER.
