I posted my workout plan last Monday because I wanted to hold myself accountable and really stick to my schedule. I am happy to report that it worked, and it definitely got me to a late spin class on Monday because I did not want to flake on the first day of the week! Below was my original plan with what I actually did in red:
Monday: Spin (but I might end up skipping the gym since I work really late today).—-Took Spin!
Tuesday: Core-Sati and intenSati
Wednesday: Core Fusion
Thursday: Refine Method
Friday: Elliptical— No elliptical, Core Fusion instead!
Saturday: Off…or Refine if I end up doing something. Off
Sunday: Refine Method
This was a great week of working out for me so I will post my workout schedule every week from now on!
Today: Refine Method
Tuesday: Teaching intenSati at work!! I was supposed to do this in November but it got postponed. This was my post (slightly freaking out) about it: Bringing exercise to work.
Wednesday: Teaching intenSati. I will be subbing for my friend who is on maternity leave until mid-February. Class is free so if you live in Queens, please come!! It is at the Lost Battalion Hall at 6:30pm every Wednesday.
Thursday: Rio Extreme at Equinox.
Friday: A special spin event (an hour and a half class).
Saturday: Off (or Refine if I am still standing)
Sunday: intenSati and Animal Flow at Equinox.
I do need to take at least two Refine Method classes this week so that I can stick with my Refine Resolution challenge. I committed to taking at least 10 classes this month (and 36 classes in 3 months).
Since I may be super sore by Saturday, I am thinking of taking a Refine Method class on Wednesday morning since I have to teach after work. I will post again next Monday and let you know how I did!

I like how you have variety. I really need to take your example and start changing up my
workouts a bit. I’m in a workout comfort zone and need to get out…

Yes, having a variety of workouts keeps things interesting. I got too bored only doing the elliptical and therefore, skipped the gym a lot. Now I seriously love my classes.
