My First Green Monster and Fun Breakfast!

Continued from last night….

I had a Bud Light with blueberries in it…very good!

Then I had Fuze and vodka..with more blueberries!

Yes, pretty intoxicated by this point! The boy said I was jumping all over the apartment singing and dancing hahaha.

We decided to make some ice cream!

Always better when you are drinking!! Those vegan chocolate chips are so good!

Finally around 1 in the morning, our jello shots were ready!!

We made them reallllly strong but they were so good!

This morning we finally got ourselves up around 12 in the afternoon. We decided to try a Nana’s No Gluten Cookie Bar! I got it at my mom’s house a few weeks ago.

Okay, never buy this!!! It was the worst thing every. I really had to spit it out! It was like eating a piece of chalk!!

We split a Chocolate Coconut LaraBar instead!

Much better!

I decided to make us some waffles for breakfast!

And some eggs!

I also decided to make my first green monster!! I finally got kale yesterday so I was so excited to try it!

I did not measure anything but I probably should next time!

I took one taste and it was not good. I added some more banana and blueberries!

Much better! It was still a little too grassy tasting to me but I will keep trying till I get it just perfect!

The boy refused to drink a green monster so I made him a milkshake instead!

Yeah, his was much more enjoyable than mine!

I made myself an omelet with mushrooms, cheese, 1 egg, and 2 egg whites.

I also had 2 waffles with blueberries of course!

With my green monster!

Delicious!! Very well balanced too!

We went to the mall for an hour and snacked on some edamame when we got home!

I had a jello shot too!

Yummmm! We decided at the last minute yesterday that we would go to Towson, MD for the weekend! My friends from college are there and it seemed like the perfect weekend since I have off on Monday! We are about to go now so I am off!! I am bringing my laptop so I will try to keep updating!!

Have a good weekend!!

Maybe start of with less green stuff. Or blend the green stuff first so it’s super pureed.

    have a great trip!

The jello shots sound great :) I have to admit, your boyfriend’s milkshake sounds more appealing than a green monster right now…(blogger blasphemy!)

I love that you added some blueberries and extras into the green monster cuz it tasted too grassy- spoken like a true chef Missy!!! I still haven’t had a chance to try one but i have no desire to since smoothies just look…yummier when they’re pink or blue. hahaha

You’re such a rebel…jello shots before the sun sets?!?! Memorial day celebrations starting early huh?

Haven’t tried the green monster with kale yet but I like it with mixed salad greens. Soon I will graduate to kale, I’m sure! I CAN HANDLE IT! ::flexes non-existent pythons::

i just started drinking green monsters, but I definitely use spinach instead of kale – i’m not ready for kale yet! And I use a sugar-free carnation instant breakfast for flavor – yum! :)
