Michael Season’s Vs. Cape Cod Chips & Cereal Mix Up!

Hello on this windy Saturday! I almost got blown over just now! Blahh. Last night I got my hair done! I will post pictures later but it does not look much different! I did not get home till around 9 so I made something quick and easy…another turkey wrap! Haha sorry!

I started off with Sun Dried Tomato Hummus, Mustard, and Garlic & Herb Laughing Cow Cheese on a Whole Wheat Wrap.

I added turkey, American cheese, lettuce, cucumbers, and a pickle!

I brought out a new flavor of chips to try from Michael Season’s Snacks!
I decided on the Baked Cheddar Multigrain Chips!

Baked Multigrain Chips are Wheat & Gluten Free! 33% Reduced Fat from the leading brand of Multigrain Chips – with 20% less calories and 12 grams of Whole Grains per Serving.

I took a bite and decided it was exactly like eating a cheese curl but in the form of a chip! They had a light and airy texture with a strong cheddar flavor! I was a fan but the boy was not! He thought they were too “healthy” tasting. I can kind of see where he is coming from because they were so airy but I still liked them! They are only 110 calories for 18 chips!!
I had a Rum and Fuze with the wrap!

The boy wanted different chips so I said I would eat the rest of the Cheddar by myself! We brought out Low-Fat Kettle-Cooked Chips from Cape Cod Chips instead!

These delicious chips are hand cooked in kettles, then flash-baked to naturally reduce the fat content. The result is a potato chip with the same potato intensity as our Classics without altering or sacrificing the purity of the process or ingredients.

We both liked these chips better. They were much like normal potato chips. 23 chips is 130 calories and 6 grams of fat. The only ingredients are potatoes, canola oil, and salt! They were harder in consistency and had a nice crunch to them. They had a slight salty flavor too. Very good!

Dessert was Vanilla Bea Coconut Turtle Mountain Ice Cream!

With bananas, blueberries, and sugar-free hot fudge!

So good! We just drank and relaxed for the night.

Today I woke up and did Level 3 of the Shred for the first time! It was pretty tough but I think I was expecting it to be worse. Well for some moves I had to do the modified version so I guess it was really hard!
The boy and I went to Tower Diner for brunch after!
I got the Mediterranean omelet: egg whites, mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes, and feta cheese!
It came with whole wheat toast on the side. I added butter and strawberry jam!
The boy got French Toast!!

With eggs, ham and sausage!

I had a little bit of his sausage and french toast with my omelet! His french toast was soo delicious!

Of course he had to order dessert…chocolate pudding!

YUMM!

We came home and I had 3 packages waiting for me!
The first was from Cow Girl Chocolates!

Cowgirl Chocolates are sweet and spicy gourmet chocolates for adventurous chocolate lovers and packaged as unique beautiful gifts for any and all occasions.

It came in such a nice gift box!

Inside was all different types of chocolate!
Spicy:
  • Raspberry Dark Chocolate
  • Double Dark Chocolate
  • Hazelnut Milk Chocolate
  • Cappuccino
  • Habanero Dark Chocolate
  • Habanero Caramel

Mild:

  • Double Dark Chocolate
  • Milk Chocolate
  • Ivory Orange
  • Rasberry Lemon

Of course we had to try some right away!

I tried the Spicy Double Dark Chocolate and he tried the Mild Milk Chocolate! They were both delicious!! Mine was very rich and really did have a spice to it at the end! Yum!

The next box was from Fiber Gourmet!!

Always a good sign when Cheese-It’s are the first thing you see when you open the box! There was Light Penne Pasta and Light Macaroni & Cheese too!

I tried the Macaroni and Cheese before and it is delicious!! The products are high fiber and low calorie! Can’t wait to try the Penne!

The next box was from My Way Cereal.

A few days ago, I customized 2 types of cereal! It was organic and had wonderful ingredients! I read the label and noticed I got Graduate Meghann’s Mix!!!

I guess they mixed up our orders!! She made 2 nice mixes of cereal too! Don’t worry Meghann, I won’t eat it!! I wrote to the company to see if they want me to send it back! Haha oh well!

Now the boy and I are off to the mall to buy new outfits for tonight! We are going to see Armin Van Buuren!! Yay..can’t wait!! Have a good night!
