Lesser Evil Has Arrived!

Happy Friday!!!

This post took me forever because random pictures kept uploading sideways! Does anyone know why this happens? I take them all in the same direction so it makes no sense! It never happened with my old camera either…Weird!

Last night after work I planned to meet the boy for Total Body Conditioning. I did not need to go to the gym again but he really wanted to take the class so no arguments from me! He was coming from Philly and forgot his guest pass so ended up not making it anyway! Oh well, yesterday turned out to be a great workout day for me!

I got home and had another package waiting for me! Love it!!

It was a big box from Lesser Evil Snacks! This got me super excited because I tried 2 of the flavors of Krinkle Sticks once before and fell in love!

In the box:

We got home and had no clue what to make for dinner. I started off by making us some alcoholic beverages! I was starving so I brought out the hummus and scraped out every last bit with cucumbers!

All gone! So sad!! My roommate walked in the door and all the sudden grabbed my camera and started taking a million pictures of us!! I will share some! This was right after the gym so excuse my appearance :)

Back to food! We ran out of rum and did not have much food in the house so we decided to go to the store and at least grab some beer. Yeah I should probably stop drinking every night! Oh well! We ended up only getting beer and no food at the store because we decided to mix up a bunch of leftovers instead.

I started with a Coors Light.

We had some brown rice and chicken left over from the other night so we heated that up and cooked another bag of brown rice for more food.

We found some Bunnies in the cabinet so we made a box of them too!
Too many carbs so far so I made us salads!
And string beans!!
And frozen broccoli and cauliflower! I needed my greens!

We cooked the Annie’s Alfredo and I spent 10 minutes trying to figure out what the shapes were! They are not bunnies! Does anyone know? They look like little men or something!

I mixed everything together to make a big plate of yumminess!

Very good!! It was fun making 5 different random things!

Breakfast this morning was the usual Blueberry Almond Oats with a banana.
I cooked half the banana and slice the rest on top after cooking for a change.

Delicious! No gym at lunch for me today but maybe after work! Be back for an afternoon update!
