Late Lunch

I just got back from half of my errands. Still some more to go and it is already 4:30! The snow is getting worse so I will make this quick.

I went to the gym and did an hour on the elliptical. I did 2 minutes at level 2 and 2 minutes at level 9 for the hour. My original plan was to do 45 minutes and then maybe do some walking on the treadmill but when 45 hit, I just kept going. I figured I should make up for last night’s snacks! I also did 5 minutes of abs.

I then got my eyebrows done and went to the food store. I got lots of goodies! I will keep it a surprise for the week.

I got home around 4 and was starving. I was considering just having a snack since it was almost dinner time, but I figured it will be better to eat a late dinner to lower the chances of a binge.

I made a turkey pastrami sandwich!

It contained 3 slices of turkey pastrami, 1 slice of fat free American, hummus, mustard, lettuce, and cues on Arnold’s Sandwich Thins. All with some Popchips and extra cues with hummus on the side.

For something sweet I had a little bit of plain Chobani, chocolate chips, and grapes.

The Chobani was extra good since I have not had it in about 2 weeks!!

I am about to go tanning. I know it is bad but I had a week free and just want my highlights to brighten up a shade so I will just go a few times. Then off to the mall to get rid of the Blackberry!
I am going to try to walk to tanning which is about a 20 minute walk. I think I will have to take the subway to the mall though if the weather is really bad. The mall would be about a 30 minute walk from tanning. I would normally do it in the heat but the sidewalks are way too icy!!

Wish me luck that I do not slip and fall!
