Hello! Couldn’t think of a title..sorry! I am back in New York after a fun weekend. I will do a short recap of yesterday and today. I did not take too many pictures since breakfast was just Honey Nut Cheerios and lunch was a turkey hoagie from Wawa. It was gross and rainy outside so we all hung out and drank some wine. My friend Jackie cooked a delicious dinner.
We had salad, squash, string beans, yellow rice with diced tomatoes, and grilled chicken. The rice was so good! I have to find out what she seasoned it with!
Daisy and Sammy became friends.
Today I had some more cereal and headed back to New York. It was a fun train ride home with Daisy. She slept on my lap the whole time. One couple started taking pictures of her and saying they were going to post them on Facebook!
Once I got home, I made a turkey, cheese, and ham wrap. I was starving!
I had a beer, popchips, cucumbers, and hummus on the side! Always a quick, delicious dinner.
The rest of my Sunday involves another beer and maybe some ice cream! Today is a great Sunday since I am off work again this week! No clue what I’m doing yet! What are you doing for New Years?
