Last week I received a wonderful product from a company called Kenzoil.

I decided to try out Kenzoil with some vegetables. I poured some on my pan in place of regular EEVO.
I then added the mushrooms and poured some more Kenzoil on top!
I topped them over a salad with a veggie burger, peppers, and parmesan cheese!
The mushrooms turned out delicious! They had so much flavor to them because of the Kenzoil! Normally I add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and whatever else I havein my pantry. I did not need to add any kind of extra spice!
I stored Kenzoil in the refrigerator since it contains no preservatives. It was rock solid the 2nd time I brought it out to use but I just ran it under hot water for 20 seconds and it was ready! It is a very convenient product to cook with since I never know how to make my vegetables flavorful.

I love the stats–I would use for the same thing I love brushing it shroomies, onions and other veggies and sprinkling some spices then roasting.

This stuff sounds fantastic! I would use it on all my my vegetables, on which i normally use plain extra virgin olive oil. Ironically I add garlic to just about everything, and I’ve also been adding basil to my meats lately, so this would be PERFECT, all in one! Thanks for the opportunity. I tweeter!
