Happy Thursday! I was not in the best of moods this morning. Let’s just say I ate way too much cereal last night! More on that later. I do feel happier now that my mom sent this to me!
Anyway, onto food! I am going to start off with a little product review before I get into yesterday’s eats! I received 3 types of Kathy’s Krackers last week and have been munching on them here and there!
Kathy’s healthy, raw, gluten-free, flaxseed crackers come in three delicious flavors made from the freshest ingredients available. If you like a very full flavored taste with a hint of bell peppers, tomatoes, and garlic, you’ll love her Savory cracker. If you are in the mood for something spicy, her Salsa cracker is what you need. Or, if you need to satisfy your sweet tooth, the Apple Cinnamon are lightly sweetened with a touch of Stevia.
I tried the Salsa crackers first.
I loved the huge size of 1 cracker. The cracker in the picture above is just 1/3 of a whole cracker. They were very thick and crunchy as well. I loved that you could see the pumpkin, flax, and sunflower seeds in the crackers. They had a tomato-like flavor that had a very nice kick to it. Definitely delicious for anyone who likes spicy foods.
Next I tried the Savory.
The best thing about these is the short ingredient list. I like being able to recognize every single one. The crackers tasted like a mix of vegetables; I’d say mostly peppers and tomatoes. Very flavorful and delicious! I would enjoy this flavor dipped in hummus!
I was most excited to try the Apple Cinnamon since I am slightly in love with anything apple cinnamon flavored.
Overall, I think Kathy’s Krackers are the perfect snack to munch on. If you are interested, they are sold online here!.

As you can see, my Wednesday started off well…until 11:00 at night. I had a nice bowl of oats. They were half plain and half maple spice with a banana and Artisana Sunflower Butter. Loved the maple spice flavor!! Thanks again Hallie!
I decided to go to the gym at lunch. I never ever feel like working out after dinner so I knew it was necessary to at least do something during the day. I did 30 minutes on the elliptical. That might be it for my workouts this week. Kind of sad but hopefully I will be better next week. It seems as though I need to attempt morning workouts again since I had dinner plans every day this week!
I got back to work and had a repeat lunch. Barney Butter and Crofter’s jelly on Nature’s Pride bread.
I snacked on a Z-Bar and Zevia later in the afternoon. Going to the gym at lunch makes me very hungry later!
We walked in and spotted pumpkin pie samples!!
Next I found vegetable dumpling samples!
She got pizza.
I stole it as a topping for my salad. I know..so healthy right? Can’t resist warm melted cheese!
We stopped at Lite Choice after!
Did I need more food after that? I think not. I got home and started playing with my laptop because my sister’s husband fixed everything and installed a new hard drive on it. I have the new Windows 7 now which is very cool. Anyway, my iTunes is all gone so I was trying to figure out how to get every song from my iPod back onto iTunes. They really don’t let you do it because of copyright laws but I know there is a way! I could not figure it out and got pretty frustrated. I know, I should have just asked her husband from the start! Instead I checked a million websites and made myself very stressed out.
Stress leads to eating. I could not stop thinking about the Peanut Butter Puffins in the kitchen. Deep down I knew one bowl would lead to more but I went and made a bowl anyway.
I did not take more pictures but I had 2 more bowls after that plus a bowl of Raisin Bran! After the 2nd bowl I figured, why not finish off the box? Yeah, gross. Oh well, I will get back on track today. I am trying to stay positive. Everyone has there days.
