Jamba Breakfast, Pasta Dinner, & Newman’s Own Oil & Vinegar Review!

Good Morning! It’s Thursdaaayyy. 2 more days till the Blog Meet up!! Can’t wait to meet my wonderful blog friends in person :)

I got to work a little early today so I had time for some $1.00 Jamba Oats! Today I tried out the Blackberry/Blueberry flavor!

I love that the entire top is filled with fruity goodness! The best part might be the brown sugar chunks!! They are so delicious to munch on while eating the oats!

These oats are a winner! Once I got towards the bottom I added a little banana because all the fruit was gone and I missed my beloved bananas! Now I am satisfied! I had a cup of Awake Tea with it. Can’t wait to try the 3rd flavor!

Last Night………………

I did my secret shop and did not feel too good so I skipped the gym. Next week I plan to go a ton to make up for my off week! I went home and cooked some dinner with the boy.

We made some whole wheat linguine!

He hates mushrooms but he was nice enough to chop up a bunch for my enjoyment!

We flavored it with Newman’s Own Balsamic Vinegar!

Ingredients:

Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Product of Italy.

Nutritional Facts:
Serving Size – 1 Tbls (15ml)
Calories 20, Total Fat 0g, Cholesterol 0mg, Sodium 0m, Total Carbohydrates 5g (dietary fiber 0g, sugar 5g), Protein 0g

20 calories..lovely! I tasted one mushroom and it had a delicious flavor thanks to the vinegar!

We used Hunt’s Original Sauce and added garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.

I made us side salads to start and topped mine with lots of mushrooms!

My dressing was a blend of Newman’s Own Vinegar and Olive Oil!!!

They made a wonderful dressing for my salad when mixed together!! I actually started to use a different brand of olive oil because I only had a little left. I looked at it and realized it expired in January of 2008!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I made my V-Day brownies with that!!! EWW! Good thing I didn’t get sick!! Perfect timing for Newman’s Own to arrive!!

I took a nice big scoop of pasta and added sauce and Parmesan cheese. Probably too much pasta…2 servings? I need to remember what a serving looks like next time! I was full mid-way through but of course I just kept eating it. Bad Missy!

It was delicious I must say!

I always end up mixing everything together! I love red sauce with my salad!

A few hours later I could not stop thinking about what we purchased after work…..

COOKIE DOUGH!!!!!!! A somewhat healthy version too!!

Banana split time!!

I started off with a few scoops of cookie dough and 1/2 a banana. I brought out a few more ingredients….

To make a bowl of heaven!!!!!!!!

I kept saying I wanted another bowl after this but thankfully I had someone there to stop me! Cookie Dough is dangerous but wonderful!!!

Don’t forget to enter my Erin Baker’s Giveaway!! A winner will be picked tomorrow!!
