Happy Hanukkah and Christmas Eve!
My Internet was down last night when I got home again. I started to get such anxiety because it was the start of my vacation and I would have no way to blog from home. I think my roommate fixed it when she got home because it worked when I woke up today
I will go back to yesterday’s food since I could not post last night.
Around 4:00 I had an afternoon snack of Peach Ginger Green Tea, an Apple, and Chocolate Chip Z-Bar.
I was not necessarily hungry but I knew I would be going to Total Body Conditioning Class at the gym and would have been starving even before the class started if I did not eat something.
I got to the gym around 7:15 and took the 45 minute class at 7:30. It was our new teacher from last week who is really good. My muscles are all sore today which is always nice! I also did 30 minutes on the elliptical after the class to get in some cardio since the class was all weight training.
I got home at 9:15 starving! I really have no food in the house but did have one of these left!
I never tried the kind with cheese in it but that was all they had at the food store so I decided it would be the perfect opportunity.
I had no veggies left in the house so I brought out….Popchips!!
For some reason I was so jumpy while making my food. I opened the fridge and my syrup fell out!
It busted open but I did not wanna throw out the entire container. It really is my roommate’s (even though I eat it more) so I tried to salvage it.
I guess this will work for now. It would probably make more sense to pour the rest in a water bottle but I was too lazy to do that at the time!
I took my burrito out of the microwave and the beans were exploding out of the wrap! I really did follow the directions so I guess I will put it in the microwave for less time from now on.
It still tasted just as good! I actually could not tell the difference between the Cheese and the Non-dairy burrito which was a little disappointing. I was expecting lots of melted cheese to be oozing out. I will stick with the non-dairy one from now on just to be on the safe side with my tummy!
I added some salad and wine to the side!
I am officially in love with Amy’s Burritos. I need to stock up on more!
For dessert I brought out a Crispy Rice bar to mix in with my cottage cheese.
These bars taste just like chocolate rice crispy treats! They are supposed to be for kids but they are delicious so why not!
I decided that I am not loving Cottage Cheese so much anymore. Now that I am down to the end of the container, I do not think I will buy it for a while. Every time I eat it, I wish I was eating Chobani instead! I try not to waste food so I will finish the container off anyway.
Wednesday
I had no work today!! I still woke up around 5:00 am and could not sleep. At 5:30 I got up and had a Chocolate Chip Z-Bar.
At 6:00 am I was still awake. I turned on Married With Children to try to ease my mind. That show is pretty funny when you have not watched it for 10 years! Unfortunately it did not help me sleep and I was feeling starving again. I got out a Chocolate Brownie Z-Bar this time. I fell asleep after the 2nd one! I hate how that works!!
At 9:45 am I woke up again. I felt so tired so just stayed in bed and watched the Tyra Show. By 11:00 am I was starving for a real meal.
I strolled into the kitchen and brought out some lovely ingredients:
As I took out an egg, one exploded in the carton! I am so clumsy in the kitchen!
Of course I did not want to waste it so I managed to get some of the egg into my omelet and used a spoon to get the shell out of the carton. I did crack another egg in the process but I left that in the carton for now to try to use tomorrow!
I also used 3 more egg whites and a slice of cheese:
It was yummy scooping up the eggs in the toasted wrap. The cheese was all nice and melted too.
I have no fruit left and needed something sweet so I used the last of my chocolate chips and cottage cheese:

It looks like Cookies n Cream Icecream (my favorite food ever) but was not nearly as good! I am excited to buy more Chobani!!
Today I plan on going to the gym at some point and running a few other errands. For now I will just continue to be lazy on my day off and watch tv in bed!
