Happy Tuesday! It was a crazy night last night. One bad thing kept happening after another! I will talk about that later! First onto yummy things, breakfast!

It’s been a while since I had oatmeal so I made a nice bowl today!

• Kashi Honey Sunshine Instant Oatmeal
• Cinnamon
• Banana
• Skim Milk
• Zoe’s Cinnamon Raisin Granola

Very good for a change! I missed my oats! I am kind of flipping out now because there is no Awake Tea or coffee made and I need it! I had plans to stop at Dunkin Donuts this morning for 50 cent Iced Coffee Day but I woke up at 8. I am supposed to leave my house at 8! Somehow I made it to work on time still!

So onto everything that happened to me yesterday!!

1. The boy caught 4 mice while I was at work. AWFUL!
2. We meet at the gym after work to take Kickboxing. They keep his license since he is a guest. The class is good but they can’t find his license after!! We stand there for 20 minutes while they search their desk for it. Nothing. They tell us to go home and they will call us when they find it.
3. While they were looking for it, I noticed my boyfriend’s eye bleeding! I think he popped a vessel but it was scary.
4. We walk home and it is a hurricane outside with thunder and lightning. My umbrella smacks me in the face!
5. We get home, the mouse trap is blinking. Mouse # 5 is dead.
6. We start to make dinner. I am terrified to be in the kitchen but felt bad leaving my boyfriend in there to do all the cooking. I start to pour us a rum and Fuze drink. I hear a squeak, start screaming, run in my room with the rum bottle hysterically crying and shaking.
7. Boyfriend is yelling to me that I burnt his arm and almost set the house on fire. I think the rum spilled over the oven where the gas was burning!
8. We eat dinner…20 minutes later I hear zapping. MOUSE # 6 is dead!
9. The boy has the horrible responsibility of opening the mouse trap, seeing the dead ones, and disposing of them in the trash.
10. Later on, boyfriend knocks my tissues over and they land in my candle. The house almost sets on fire again.
11. After that, I hear lightening and get excited. I spill my entire rum drink all over my desk! Luckily it was far away from my laptop!!
12. Today I wake up an hour late.

Hopefully the day gets better! There were no more mice when we were sleeping so maybe that is a good sign. Building maintenance is coming to cover the holes on Thursday. If we still see any, we are not paying rent!

On a better note, I received a few packages yesterday. The first was from World of Grains.

There were a bunch of different cookies!

• Cranberry
• Blueberry
• Apple Cinnamon
• Oatmeal Raisin
• Multigrain

And a bunch of interesting whole grain cracker flavors!

• Tomato Basil
• Garlic Herb
• Multigrain
• Rosemary
• Garden Vegetable

They also sent me a 2nd package!

A shirt, notebook, and pens!! So cute!

The next package was from Just Tomatoes! It is dried fruits and veggies with nothing added!

• Just Raisins
• Just Fruit Munchies
• Just Strawberries and Bananas
• Just Pineapple Powder
• Just Veggies

I will try all of these with in the next few days!

A few days ago, I received a package from Foodbuzz! It contained Buitoni Wild Mushroom Agnolotti!

It is all natural generously filled fresh portobello & crimini mushrooms, imported Grana Padano & Parmesan cheeses and fresh roasted garlic.

This sounded amazing to me so I decided to make it for dinner last night! I started off by boiling the pasta in a pot with a little olive oil.

I also made mushrooms and peppers on the side with balsamic.

I added the mushrooms to my salad to eat along side the ravioli!

I topped the pasta with the red sauce that was leftover from the meatballs the night before!

It turned out amazing! It was like eating from a fancy restaurant. It went very well with salad and some rum

Delicious! I ate half and saved the rest for another night! I tried to save room for some dessert!

Sugar free chocolate pudding with whipped cream!! The boy and I split the bowl while we watched some tv. I still felt like I wanted something else after! I suggested ice cream because I kenw there was still some Ben & Jerry’s Cheesecake Brownie left! He kept telling me no because he knows I would probably regret it after. I kept thinking about it so we finally brought it out!

Luckily there was only a tiny bit left and we split it so I did not do too much damage! It is way too delicious to leave in the freezer.

Today after work I have an exciting blogger event so my day should be better! More on that later.
