After work I went to Circuit City to see how their camera selection was. The ghost is just not going away so I really need a new one. Basically every single thing was 10% off in the store since it is closing. I walked over to the cameras and all of the Canons were sold out! All the prices were still very high for any cameras they did have. I decided to just wait and do some more research.
I decided I want the Canon Powershot SD880. I discovered this camera on Kath’s blog. She recently got this and her pictures are super crisp and clear. I also remember other bloggers commenting saying how great this camera is. I actually found one at a very good price on eBay. The auction ends in an hour so wish me luck!!
I did end up getting a new wireless mouse from Circuit City because I broke mine. It is working well so far. I stopped at Target after because my sister and I are doing an oatmeal exchange. She needed to spend a certain amount on Kashi products from Amazon to get a discount so I offered to buy some oatmeal! 6 boxes for 20 dollars
In exchange I picked up 6 boxes of the Archer Farms Blueberry Almond Oats that I love. I got a few other goodies at Target which you will see later!
I walked home from Target (about a 25 minute walk) and made some dinner. I was not sure what to make but I knew I had half of a squash left to use so I cooked that on the stove first.
I like having tons of veggies with dinner so I heated up a frozen Italian blend as well.

Stupid fog!!
I browsed my fridge (which is completely empty) and my freezer. I stumbled upon these:

I have never tried these before so I figured tonight would be a nice night! I had the choice of cooking it on the stove for 10 minutes, the grill, or the microwave. I was kind of too lazy to wait 10 minutes for it to cook on the stove so I chose the easy way out and microwaved it for a minute and a half.
I saw these babies in the fridge too so I pulled them out for the side.

I also added some cucumbers and hummus and about half a bag of Salt & Pepper Popchips to munch on. I squeezed some mustard and ketchup on the sausage because I had a feeling it would need some extra flavor.

At first I did not like the consistency of the sausage. The taste was not bad. It had a nice little spice to it which I enjoyed. I think next time I will stop being so lazy and make it on the stove. I have 3 more in the pack so I will experiment and see if I like them any better! Still a very satisfying and yummy dinner!
At Target, I picked up 5 packs of these!

Yes, I eat baby food. These are seriously such a great snack. The only ingredient in them is freeze dried apples. 1/4 of a cup is 25 calories and if you end up eating the whole bag, it is only 100 calories! Perfect for me to have around when I get those mindless munchies!
I decided to add them to some Fage and Pumpkin Butter for dessert!

Delicious! They added a nice crunch to the yogurt. These are also amazing in oatmeal. They melt and turn into baked apples! They are hard to find but I definitely recommend trying these if you come across them.
43 minutes till I can win the camera!! I may start taking pictures with my phone until I get the new one because the fog is really hard for me to look at! I do not like that it covers up my yummy food!
I am going to go finish watching Lost from Thursday. I am slightly craving a glass of wine too so I may pour a teeny weeny glass. Hopefully I will wake up with some good camera news!
