I am 4 for 4 for my lunch workouts this week!! I did 30 minutes on the elliptical today at resistance 5 for 2 minutes and resistance 10 for 2 minutes.

Maximum Heart Rate: 179
Average Heart Rate: 152
It is fun to compare how many calories I burn each day. I know that some days I feel a lot more energetic than other days and can burn 50 to 100 extra. Today I started out feeling very lazy for the first 10 minutes but then a good song came on my ipod (Tiesto) and I was pumped! Love the techno sometimes!
I came back and brought out my heavenly wrap!
- Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
- Mustard
- Laughing Cow Light Swiss Cheese
- Boars Head Low Salt Turkey
- Cucumbers
- Whole Grain Wrap
I had to take out the cucumbers after biting into one because it tasted bitter. Don’t wanna risk anything! Other than that it was delicious!
I had a mix of Veggie and Original Krinkle Sticks on the side! I packed the baggie to the max! They are just too good!
For dessert I had a Blueberry Almond Cocoavia Bar!
I have a pear to eat too for when I get my munchies. 2 more hours left! After work I have some secret shopping to do and then Total Body Conditioning Class! Can’t waitttttttttt! Hopefully I will have another exciting dinner to post about later! Have a nice rest of the day!

Like I’ve said before, I really admire you for going to the gym during your lunch hour. That would take a lot of motivation for me! I’m the same way with music. A good song always help the calorie burn!

question: how do you worktou during lunch? do you shower after? how do you dry your air and get back in time? how long of a lunch break do you get? the thought of even going to the gym AFTER work is a joke to me, but im also running around like a crazy person for 12 hours straight…

Elise: I get an hour for lunch. Usually I can leave my desk at 11:55 and be at the gym by 12 or 12:05. I change real fast and get on the machine by 12:10. I always stop by 12:40 which gives me about 10 or 15 minutes to get ready to go back to work. I don’t shower because I really do not get that sweaty. My makeup actually stays put. I usually just give my hair a quick blowdry and I am fine! Hoepfully no one thinks this is gross haha!
