Goat Cheese Omelet

Okay last night after posting, I was bad again. I went back into the kitchen because I knew I only had 1 pudding left in there. I ate it. And a brown rice bar…Oh well….

This morning I made a wonderful GOAT CHEESE OMELET!

I also made a slice of toast with spray butter and strawberry preserves.

Perfect! I just had a little handful of chocolate chips to finish off the meal. Yeah chocolate at 9:50 in the morning, I have issues. I did get my little friend today so maybe the cravings will die down.

I am off to go get a blow out for the holiday party! That is one benefit of where I work..all the free blow-outs I want! I may not be able to post all weekend but I will take as many pictures as possible because I know the place we are eating has delcicious food!!

Wish me luck getting to the salon in this snow!

Your omelette looks SO good! I am way too lazy to make an omelette so I had a Chobani for breakfast. I can’t believe you’re going to work on a Saturday, but that is great – take lots of pics at the party!

I made a goat cheese omelette the next day! It was good but for some reason I think yours is better!
