I do not know what happened to my camera! As you scroll down and look at my pictures, it looks like there is a ghost in front of all my food! Maybe I got the lens wet? Has this happened to anyone before? Is it repairable? I may just have to suck it up and get a new camera soon with. I heard Circuit City is closing so maybe they have some good cameras on sale! I’ll see if this happens to my pictures tomorrow too!
At work I had an afternoon snack around 5. It probably was not necessary since I leave at 6 but I knew I would be going to the gym so why not. I had the other half of the Cocoavia from lunch and a pear.
I also had 2 more mugs of Ginger Peach Green Tea. It is really yummy!
I got to the gym and had time for 13 minutes on the elliptical before class began. I ran for 5 minutes and walked for 8 minutes. I burned 63 calories. Nice little warm up.
At 7:30, I went into Total Body Conditioning Class. Normally my wonderful kickboxing teacher leads the class but he has not been there the past 2 weeks. He was not there tonight either so I think he may not teach the class anymore!! Very upsetting! I decided at the last minute to do spin instead. The more I thought about it, the thought of doing a squat or lung with weights did not excite me because my legs were so sore. I also really did not like the class last Thursday when there was a substitute. I am going to miss him teaching that class!
Spin went pretty well! I did not work as hard as I normally would because I needed to give my legs a rest but I still burned 366 calories in 45 minutes. My average heart rate was 159 and my maximum heart rate was 187. It was nice to have a heart rate monitor because the teacher kept announcing what level our heart rates should be at.
She was not my favorite teacher ever but the class was still good. At one point she was choosing people to lead the jumps! This gave me really bad anxiety because I did not want her to call on me! The thought of everyone in the class staring at me on the bike while jumping up and down did not excite me at all. Luckily she skipped over me!! I guess some people may enjoy the class participation. Not me!
I started to do abs after the class but I gave up after about 5! I was hungry and tired so I went home and made some dinner!
I started off by heating some yummy frozen veggies.
I mixed it into some Fage yogurt and pumpkin butter!

I took a spinning class last night too and my legs were so tired! Thankfully our instructor didn’t encourage class participation – I wouldn’t like it either!
