This morning I woke up and the boy was craving orange juice so we went right to the market. I brought some coupons and got all of this for free!!!
Gotta love free food! We decided to make our BlueBerry Kashi waffles that we got for free last night!
I was craving chocolate milk so I made a nice big glass while the waffles were cooking!
I brought out some sugar free syrup and spray butter to top the waffles with!
I also cut up tons of fresh strawberries, blueberries, and bananas for the side!
Can’t forget the 2 scoops of Barney Butter for dipping!!
Delicious breakfast!! The waffles and fruit were so good and filling!!
We decided to go to Central Park to rent some bikes!!

We made a few stops to check out the pretty scenery!
We rented the bikes for 3 hours and ended up riding for 14 miles!!! Crazy!! It was such a great workout with all of the hills! I can’t believe I ever attempted to roller blade on those insane hills!
I was dying of thirst and hunger after going 14 miles so I bought an Acai Berry Bora Drink.
I also brought a Macadamia Paradise Boomi Bar from home!
Delicious bar!! It is raw and gluten free too!!
We headed to Union Square after because I wanted to get new sneakers at Jack Rabbit! They had me run on the treadmill so my feet could be analyzed! They told me I had a neutral run which was a good thing. I ended up with these babies!
I am excited to have shoes that actually fit me correctly!!
We got home and made some dinner!!
We used Rudy’s Bakery Multigrain Oat Bread for some turkey and ham sandwiches!
I added Boar’s Head Low Salt Turkey & Ham, Alpine Lace White American, mustard, Sabra Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, cucumbers, and lettuce.

Jack Rabbit is the BEST! They’re really nice. I always get my shoes there. They give you a discount everytime you return, too (I think 10%). My running shoes that cost $90 there somehow cost me $110 at home in Michigan…hope you like the new shoes!

Those waffles look DELICIOUS. Good for you for a 14 mile bike ride. I just started training for a sprint triathlon and the biking is kicking my butt a lot harder than I ever expected.
