That is a REALLY good picture of you! Are you still able to easily maintain your 115lbs? I ask because I’m so jealous of all the drinks and desserts you eat – my body doesn’t respond well to those things – hence why I’m on the journey you took and I’m hoping I can settle in somewhere between 115-125lbs – I’m also 5′4. (sitting at 144 currently – the lowest I’ve seen in a year – started at 152)

Hey Sarah,
Right now I range between 115 and 120. It pretty much depends on the week! I try to workout consistently so that I am able to enjoy drinks and dessert every now and then! I think it is all about balance. Good luck with your weight loss and e-mail me if you have any more questions!

You must have a great metabolism! I could never eat what you do and maintain that weight and I am super active. You are also pretty young right? Enjoy that wonderful metabolism now, thigns change after 30…and 40…ugh
