Falling Veggies

I have to stuff hair pins in baggies again so I am going to make this quick! I will start from yesterday’s afternoon snack.

Around 4, I had a pear and some Peach Ginger Green Tea. I could not get my mind off of the rest of my cheese samples so I brought them out too!

I seriously love Laughing Cow Now. The Babybel cheese was delicious too! I had nothing to dip the Laughing Cow in once I ate the cracker so I started dipping it in banana! This sounds weird but it was actually really good!

After work I did my secret shopping at a tanning salon. It was fun to get a free tan! I got home around 7:45 and was so tired but I decided to still go to the gym for a little since I usually do not get home till around 8:45 anyway.

I did 35 minutes on the elliptical at intervals of level 4 and 10. Good thing I went because I went a little nuts with chocolate last night!

I started off with a nice healthy dinner. I had leftover pasta to eat so I started off by heating up frozen veggies.

Next thing you know, I walk by the plate and….

It slams onto the floor!!! My veggies went everywhere!! This is not the first time this has happened either. I am such a klutz sometimes. I had to scoop every little broccoli crumb off the floor to prevent any critters from popping up again!

Once that was all clean, I heated up my leftover pasta.

I reheated more veggies and added salad and hummus. I forgot to take a final picture of dinner, sorry!

After dinner, I made a nice dessert of Chobani, grapes, chocolate chips, and pumpkin butter.

I ate it in my room while playing online. I looked into my desk drawer and saw these:

I immediately ripped them open and poured them in the Chobani. I did not need extra chocolate but my mind was not thinking correctly. I started off only eating half but of course the entire bag was done by the end. My dessert was probably around 400 calories with the Raisinets. Blahhh.

I woke up this morning and tried to get my camera ready to use today. I took breakfast pictures with it but do not know what any of the buttons mean yet so they might be a little bright!

Today’s oats included:

  • Smart Balance Oatmeal
  • 1/2 Banana
  • Cinnamon
  • Skim Milk
  • 1/4 Honest Foods Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar
  • 3 Organic Dates

I started off by pouring the cinnamon and banana in the oats.

I heated it for 2 minutes and added the milk, dates, and Honest Foods bar.

I poured a little too much milk in as you can see. It was still delicious! I loved the addition of dates today!

Have to start the pins now. Bye!

cheese and bananas? hmm, well it doesn’t seem that odd to me because i like cottage cheese and bananas, and I like yogurt ( which is milk cheese kinda ) with bananas… hmm and I like salty peanut butter with naners- so kudos to you for finding a delicious creation!

are you a secret shopper? i seriously just sent info out to look into doing that. I dont know who to trust or what company to work with though…
