Time for a new giveaway sponsored by EatSmart Products!

Last week they sent me their new Precision Premium Bathroom Scale.

I was pretty excited about this because my old scale was very dirty, cracked, and should have been in the trash a long time ago! I don’t weigh myself too often because I prefer to just go by how my clothes fit. I still do get curious about the number a few times a month so it is nice to have an accurate scale to use.
About the scale:
- EatSmart “Step-On” technology – No more tapping scale to turn on. Step on and get instant readings!
- Large backlit 3.5″ LCD display – Easy to read from any distance
- 4 high precision G sensors- Measurement in increments .2 lbs. / 3oz. to 400 lbs or 180 kgs every time
- Lightweight aluminum/plastic top and large 12″ x 13″ platform
- Auto Calibated; Auto Power-Off;Runs on 4 AAA batteries (included); 2 year EatSmart guarantee
I loved that the scale was thin and fit under my cabinets when not in use. I stepped right on and it gave me an accurate number without having to tap it or wait a while. The screen was big and bright so it was easy to see even when my lights were off! I have absolutely no complaints about the scale!

I don’t own a scale, so I weigh myself at the gym once a week- usually Saturday mornings. It is a great motivator to stay on track over the weekend.

As for weighing myself…I have not weighed since March 1st. My new goal is to only weight myself the first of every month. I was addicted to weighing – doing it daily and some times multiple times a day. My blog has helped me with that and so many other things…

I actually weigh myself almost every morning right before I step into the shower. It’s kind of just a habit. If I know I had a splurgy weekend, I might skip a Monday here and there

I weigh myself weekly on Saturdays at about the same time. Sometimes I weigh myself during the week, especially if I’m having a particularly bad week, because I need to know the damage. It can really stop me in my tracks if bad habits shows up on the scale, and totally motivates me re-think what I’m doing.

I weigh myself every morning, after going to the bathroom and before getting in the shower. TMI? I also do Wii Fit every evening so I get weighed in there too, but I don’t follow that number as much.

I weigh myself every morning. I don’t let the number get to me…I’d love this scale because the one I have is old and don’t like the tapping/waiting before getting on the scale! Also, I am moving into a new house next weekend and I would love to have a brand new scale in my new bathroom!! =)

I don’t usually weigh myself, in fact I’m not sure how much I weigh now, but my boyfriend is a DIVA and would probably like a scale to make sure he hasn’t lost any of his muscles!

I weigh myself about once a week on my boyfriend’s ancient scale. There’s been a few times that moving it has meant a plus or minus two pound change. A new model would be fabulous!

I weigh myself at least once a week. Once I’ve lost more of this baby weight, I’ll try to cut back to only once. The scale can drive me crazy sometimes…but that might be because mine is pretty old!
