Hello and Happy Friday! Let’s start with a little recap of yesterday! I went back to the usual oats with banana and Chobani since I had no time to cook an omelet.

I added some extra oats in so that I could stay full! It did the trick.
While eating breakfast, I received an e-mail from Energy Kitchen about a new wrap that just came out! It is called the California Wrap: a whole wheat wrap with hummus, avocado, roasted red peppers, and alfalfa sprouts. (382 calories). The wraps are only $5.00 this month so I knew I needed to try it!

I also got some Glenny’s Olive Oil, Garlic, and Feta Cheese soy crisps for the side. This flavor was really good!

The wrap was okay but not as good as I was expecting. The guacamole and hummus could have been much creamier! The hummus was actually dripping from the wrap!

For $5.00 it was fine but I don’t know if I’d go out of my way to get it again. I will stick with their breakfast wraps!
After work I went home and picked up Daisy. She is getting fixed on Monday in Philly so I had to take the train to Jersey and meet my dad half way. I’m doing it in Philly because my vet is a complete rip off! Daisy was sad to go

I don’t want her to be gone for a week! Very depressing. I missed waking up to her on my pillow this morning. She sleeps on my head every night. Oh well..has to be done.
I was starving by the time I got to Trenton and had 5 minutes to grab something. I got a slice of veggie pizza and ran back on the train.

Delicious! It had spinach, broccoli, cheese, mushrooms, and tomatoes. I got back around midnight and passed out. Core Fusion did not happen this morning but I plan to go after work instead!
I am pretty excited for the weekend! It is my first 2 days of school at Institute of Integrative Nutrition! I have it Saturday and Sunday from 9 to 5. I love nutrition and helping others so I am excited to become certified! I’ve heard great things about the school so it should be a wonderful experience. I will do some recaps of what I learned after each class! Stay tuned…
