    Great tips!
    I always stick to vodka soda, a couple of beers (sady no one ever has light corona) or a couple glasses of wine. I need to get better about alternating water with alcohol!

    I love the healthy ordering tip and the great example! yum ahi tuna!

    Good tips.

    I haven’t really drank much this entire month and I haven’t lost any weight from it. I’m actually happy with that because it means that alcohol isn’t making me gain weight!
