Count Down to Restaurant Week

For lunch I basically had the same exact sandwich as yesterday! Sorry to be boring but I had 2 slices of turkey left to use up and deli turkey goes bad within a week. Today I added a slice of cheese, lettuce, cues, mustard, and Supremely Spicy Hummus.

I promise it tasted a lot better than it looks. It was slightly mushy but that doesn’t really bother me. My mouth is on fire right now from the hummus and the Salt & Pepper Popchips!

I will probably have a bite of a Cocoavia bar when I head back to my desk at 2 to calm my mouth down. I will try not to eat anything else till dinner because it’s going to be a good one!

I will probably get to squeeze in 30 minutes at the gym before I head to Japonais for Restaurant Week. This is good since dessert is Pumpkin Cheesecake!!! I am planning on doing the 30-minute elliptical workout from Carrots ‘N’ Cake. I tried to post a link to the workout just now but Blogger is being weird so here it is:

Time: 30 minutes (or 50 min. if you repeat min. 5 – 25)

Workout Intensity: High
Time Level
0 – 5 3 (warm-up)
5 – 7 8
7 – 8 5
8 – 10 8
10 – 11 5
11 – 13 10
13 – 14 6
14 – 16 10
16 – 17 6
17 – 19 4
19 – 20 12
20 – 21 10
21 – 22 4
22 – 23 12
23 – 24 10
24 – 25 4
25 – 30 3 (cool down)

I am excited to try something different. I will let everyone know how the workout and dinner goes later!

I won mine from Popchips.com but they sell them in Whole Foods, Jamba Juice, Safeway, Target, and Duane reade. They come in Original, BBQ, Salt & Pepper, Sea Salt & Vinegar, and Parmesan Garlic. All of the flavors are delicious! My favorite is probably Originial and Parmesan Garlic so I hope you find them soon!

Duane Reade has big bags for 2.50 with club card! And Jamba has small bags.
