On Thursday I was invited to a Christmas dinner! I’ve never really been to one so I was pretty excited to see what it was all about. I woke up bright and early and took the train to the boy’s brother’s house in Jersey. I stopped at Dunkin Donuts on the way and got the Veggie Egg White Flatbread sandwich.
I brought Daisy along because I wasn’t sure if I was sleeping over. The kids at the house loved her!
I was a little worried about how Daisy would act with their huge dog Sammy. They were both scared of each other! Daisy kept moaning when he came around but he would never get too close to her. Eventually they got used to each other.
I learned how to make pizzelles.
MMMM.
Daisy had fun in there.
They made ravioli…
Prime rib….
And a lot more!
My plate!
I had salad, a biscuit, garlic mashed potatoes, prime rib, zucchini, and corn. It was all delicious! Oh and a lot of wine of course.
I had some fudge for dessert.
Can you find Daisy??
I love that picture! We had a lot of fun drinking wine all night. Let me just say that it is NOT a good idea to eat leftover raviolis after drinking 4 glasses of wine. I will leave it at that…
I got a lovely Chanukah gift but I will show you that later! I am about to go get ready to head back to New York! Happy Holidays!

I have to disagree, ravioli after 4 glasses of wine is a VERY good idea in my book. Gotta soak up the a-a-a-a-a-a-alcohol!
