Chocolate Chip Cinnamon Swirl Pancakes!

Last night we decided to go to the movies. Since the boy got to watch Pirates of the Caribbean for 2 1/2 hours, I decided on Confessions of a Shopaholic! We stopped at CVS on the way and got lots of goodies…

I ate a handful of Raisinets and about 6 or 7 Twizzlers. So good after not having them in forever! The movie was really cute too!!

We got back around midnight and finally had a real dinner. I felt like all I did was eat yesterday so I was not even that hungry. We decided on turkey wraps.

  • Boar’s Head Low Salt Turkey
  • Laughing Cow Cheese
  • Alpine Lace White American Cheese
  • Mustard
  • Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
  • Cucumbers
  • Lettuce
  • Pickles
  • Whole Wheat Wrap

I also had to try out another flavor of HUMMUS CHIPS!!

I got the Sesame Garlic this time. They were sooo good! Even better than the Red Pepper flavor!!

We also cut up tons of cucumbers to dip in the hummus. Delicious!

Dessert was Sugar-Free Vanilla Pudding with a crumbled brownie and chocolate chips!

Today we woke up at 1 and I went into the kitchen and made breakfast for both of us. I decided on omelets and chocolate chip pancakes!!

I started off by mixing 1 cup skim milk, 1 tsp olive oil, 1 cup whole wheat pancake mix, 2 egg whites, cinnamon, and chocolate chips together.

They turned out wonderful!

I also made myself a turkey, cheese, and mushroom egg white omelet. I made him a turkey and cheese omelet.

My first plate…ate about 6 pancakes total! They were too good!

The whole table…

Yummy. I also had a Sugar-Free Vanilla Pudding for dessert. I am stuffed!! It is all rainy out so today will be a nice day of bed and movies! Hope everyone had a great weekend!

I need to get more sugar free pudding because it does help with my desert cravings.
